Frequently Asked Questions

Do I Need a Consultant?

Consultants have, over the past few years, had their names dragged through the mud. This is because it is a fast growing field and full of people who don’t know what they’re doing. Lawyers, CPA’s, Payroll Firms (and countless others that you may outsource specialty work to) have the same problem – some firms are good and some flat out stink. The easiest way to answer the golden question of whether or not you need a consultant is to ask. We won’t take a client if we are not fairly confident that we can help. Shoot us an email or give us a call, the worst that can happen is you may get a few free pointers and some helpful resources.

If it helps, think of us as temporary employees. You may not be able to afford to hire a permanent marketing department or add to you management team; and you may not need to. So if consultant doesn’t fit the bill – call us your temporarily employed problem solving team. Just don’t make us sweep the floors.

What do you charge?

Our prices vary greatly depending on how you want us to proceed. However, it may be less expensive than you think.

How do you set your fees?

Our fees are quoted up front and include work for the entire project. First we will schedule a meeting with you, preferably in person, and decide on a course of action. We will deliver our quote and that will include everything. If our project goes over budgeted time then that time is free – we never adjust our prices afterwards.

Do you offer website services?

Any web development, keyword research, or SEO service will be included in our recommendations, if it meets your specific needs.

Are you an advertising agency?

No, we like ad agencies and may recommend one to you but we are very different. See our white paper on advertising versus marketing.

Have another question?

Shoot it over on email. Big Fish hates spam as much as you do so we won’t use your email for anything other than responding to you (unless you want us to).
