CHALLENGE

As a startup, the Value Vet mobile vaccination and veterinary clinic needed to build a brand, social media following, and an online appointment system. It also faced the challenge of serving the Dallas area. Therefore, it needed to reach prospects seeking veterinary services in that specific market.

Solution

Big Fish designed and implemented a website with E-commerce capabilities that integrated an appointment system. Customers could view the schedule online and sign up for appointments.

To increase traffic and grow customers, Big Fish created a plan to help establish the Value Vet’s online presence. This consisted of social media marketing, email campaigns, pay-per-click (PPC_ campaigns on Facebook and Google, conversion monitoring, and reputation management.

RESULTS

Using a customized social media plan, Big Fish added more than 4,500 new fans and 5,300 new clients in fewer than 20 months. In growing the email list to almost 5,000 opted-in subscribers, it kept The Value Vet in front of prospects on a regular basis. The combination of website, social media strategy, pay-per-click campaigns, and email marketing led to the company’s impressive growth in a short time.
